URGENT NEED: Outreach Nurses (RN) Wanted

Wildflower Healthcare provides free, compassionate medical, dental, vision, prenatal, and women's health services to St. Johns County, powered entirely by volunteers. We urgently need FL-licensed RNs to join our Outreach team, staffing walk-in clinics at sites like Dining with Dignity, area shelters, Council on Aging, Hastings, local libraries, and food banks to reach neighbors facing transportation barriers. Volunteers provide blood pressure and glucose screenings, health education, and care navigation, connecting people to essential resources. A brief shadowing session prepares you for this work, and your nursing license is protected through Florida Sovereign Immunity coverage. Time commitments are flexible, from a few hours a month to several hours a week. Interested? Contact volunteer coordinator Sarah Sheffield at 904-209-3011.
